If you’d like to book a tattoo with kiri, please read the following information below carefully and complete the form. Please note you are unable to bring guests with you to your appointment.

idea:

  • Please note Kiri only does black and grey dotwork and fine line tattoos currently.

  • Please note kiri no longer tattoos fingers or hands.

  • Please describe your tattoo idea in as much detail as possible, including the size (in cm) and location on the body you would like the tattoo. 

  • Please forward a picture of the area along with any reference images. Please note Kiri doesn’t copy other tattoos or designs.

  • This information helps her make sure that the project is a good fit for our her style before discussing available appointment dates and accept deposits.

Pricing/deposits:

  • All deposits are not refundable.

  • Kiri will provide you with a quote for you tattoo once she has received the requested information.

  • A deposit is required in order to secure a date for your appointment and for us to start work on your design.

  • The deposit is deducted from the total cost of the tattoo.

  • She will show you your finished design 1-2 days before your appointment, at this point we can make minor changes to the design if needed.

  • Changes to the original idea or major alterations to the design, due to the submission of additional information/reference, for already booked tattoos will potentially be done at an increased cost. Kiri reserves the right decline your project at this stage.

  • Full payment is required immediately at the end of each session. Please note only cash payments are accepted on the day of the appointment.

  • If you need to change the date of your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, you must let Kiri know at least 72 hours prior to the session. A new deposit will be required if you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours notice. You can reschedule your appointment only once without loosing your deposit.

  • If you have tested positive for COVID-19 you must contact Kiri as soon as possible, the latest being the day of the appointment. Provided you have done so Kiri will reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will result in the loss of your deposit.

  • Reschedules due to COVID-19 must take place within 4-6 weeks of your original appointment date for your deposit to transfer over. The deposit can only be moved once in these circumstances.

appointment:

  • Kiri only tattoos those who are 18+ or older and you will need to provide ID on the day of your appointment. Valid forms of ID include a passport or driving license.

  • You will be required to sign a waiver upon arriving at the studio.

  • Please come alone to your appointment. At this time we cannot permit any guests or visitors to be present during appointments.

  • Ensure you are well rested and have eaten a meal before your appointment and have shaved the area you are getting tattooed.

  • It is recommended that you don't consume alcohol for a few days before your appointment as this may cause excessive bleeding and an issue with the healing process.

  • If you are late, you must inform us via email or call the studio on 07477503263. if you are more than 30 minutes late without any notification, the session will be canceled without any refund.

HEALTH CONCERNS:

  • If you have any health problems, allergies - please warn us about this in advance.

  • For your protection and the safety of others, you are required to notify us ahead of time if any of the following applies to you:

    You have felt ill or been exposed to other individuals showing symptoms of illness within the past 14 days.

    You have traveled within the past 14 days.

    You have previously tested positive for Covid-19
